2. Is online ordering safe?
Shopping at www.cariboucoffee.com is safe. Every credit card purchase is backed by our secure server technology. Our software meets industry standards and is among the best available for secure transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information so that it cannot be read during transmission over the Internet. If you have more questions regarding your payment, please contact Mail Order. In addition to protecting online transactions, we assure your privacy in other ways.
First, personal information gathered on the Caribou Coffee Web site is kept confidential. We do not sell information gathered on this site to other companies or send unsolicited e-mails to customers. We do provide periodic information on specials, promotions, and new products at Caribou Coffee or at www.cariboucoffee.com to customers who request it. 3. I cannot log in to my account. Why do I keep getting the log in screen?

4. How long does it take to process my order?
Unlike some coffee sellers, we wait until our stores or customers place an order for beans before we roast them. Our roast-to-order philosophy ensures that you receive the freshest possible coffee, whether you buy a steaming cup in one of our stores or you have our beans delivered straight to your door.
5. How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on weight and the zone they are being shipped to. Shipping fees are based on actual costs; there are no handling fees. Because we calculate the shipping for the specific items you have ordered, we do not have a standard shipping rate table.
